# Governance Evolution

* **Phase Implementation**: Governance features will be rolled out in phases, starting with simple decision-making and progressively incorporating more complex mechanisms as the community becomes more experienced and the game matures.
* **Education and Resources**: To foster an informed and active governance community, resources such as tutorials, discussion forums, and workshops will be made available to all players.
* **Feedback Loops**: Regular community feedback will be sought to refine the governance process, ensuring that it remains aligned with the needs and desires of the Eternis player base.
